To increase the effectiveness of the MAIL –IN Project we re-developed the existing database to include more concrete data. This allowed us to develop a strategic plan to mail people. Also, the enthusiasm, motivation and commitment of our employees, allowed us to exceed the target set, surpassed the effectiveness by 27%.
As the Door 2 Door Collection is a very important service for our customers, we took on the task of re-organizing not only the geographical movement program for employees, but also improving the monitoring system to join forces with the area call center. Thus, our collection efficiency increased from 40% to 70% and the formalization of procedures for the sale of subscriptions to La Nacion, passed from 55% to 78%. Weperiodically review results in order to optimize the services and meet the needs of our customers.
The sales area began as a small project, which eventually became a necessity for companies to which we serve, including pension operators, who have been placed an average of 1,000 transactions per month.
