SERVICORP has 150 seats with immediate capacity for growth.

We have two primary lines, each of 30 channels of input and output, more than 100 extensions per channel. We use a fiber optic network that has a link rate of 20Mbps (symmetrical) provided by RACSA , this connection is done via submarine cables, either the Maya, Arcos or Global Crossing.

We are connected to international servers with RACSA, this service uses Sprint, XO and France Telecom.

The routing of our customers gives us up to 99.9% in the service loyalty and continuity reduntant, in “rush hours” as a loss of bandwidth, thus ensuring a 5:1 oversubscribed and internationally is Best Effort.

We have a power plant that allows us to operate continuously 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Our telephone system is based on an Asterisk system, recognized worldwide with various certifications. This system can be accessed remotely (with specific security permissions provided to our customers with IP restriction) and internally.
